Ryan is the founding principal of Collaborative Concepts LLC and has a focus on working to achieve his clients desired outcome in the most cost effective fashion possible. He will work with clients to figure out innovative solutions to issues and develop clear and cohesive plans towards achieving goals and objectives.

Ryan a certified planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners and a licensed Professional Planner in NJ. Mr. Conklin also holds his professional certifications in Floodplain Administration and Geographic Information Systems. Ryan has 15 years of experience working with private and public clients and has consistently worked to achieve client's professional and personal goals.

 

His expansive planning experience has provided him the  opportunity to work and manage an array of planning projects ranging from county-wide projects to site specific projects for both public and private entities.
